Four Seasons is a two tower complex built in 1984 and 1985. These condominiums are located in Orange Beach about one block east of the intersection of highway 161 with highway 182 (Perdido Beach Boulevard) at 26072 Perdido Beach Boulevard.

Each Tower has 9 floors and contains 35-units/36-units. Sixty one are 3-bedroom, 3-bath units and nine are 2-bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath units.

The 2-bedroom units unit have 1,443 square feet of heated and cooled space with 274 square foot balconies. One of the 3-bedroom plans has 1,663 sf heated & cooled with 274 sf balconies. The other 3-bedroom plan has 1,731 sf heated & cooled with 263 sf balconies.

Amenities include a beach side pool, heated indoor pool, exercise room, meeting/party room, and sauna.

The amenity that sets the Four Seasons apart is its gulf pier. Unique on the coast, the Four Season's pier is one of a kind. No other private residence, hotel or condominium has a gulf pier. It is for the exclusive use of Four Seasons owners and guest.

The units have tiled balconies, self cleaning ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, refrigerators, pantries and wet bars with under counter ice makers. Master baths have whirlpool tubs and separate marble showers

Prices in this complex range from $500,000 to $550,000 depending on the plan and the location within the building.
