The Beach Colony Condominiums are on the Florida side of Perdido Key near the east end of the key. They are convienient to Pensacola and about 8-miles east of the Perdido Pass Bridge.
Two towers have been completed and a third tower is underrstruction. Tower I was completed in 1999 and Tower II was completed in the spring of 2000. Both contain two and three bedroom units.
Amenities include a large and beautiful beach side pool, heated indoor pool, tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, meeting/party room. The units have large tiled balconies, self cleaning ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, refrigerators, and under counter ice makers.
