The Palms

The Palms Condominum was built in two phases. Phase I was completed the summer of 1996 and Phase II was completed in the spring of 1997. These condominiums are located at 26266 Perdido Key Drive, Orange Beach, Alabama. They are approximately one quarter mile east of the intersection of highways 161 and 182 and across the street from the waterfront community of Palm Harbor on Cotton Bayou.

The West Tower (Phase I) has 19-two bedroom, two bath units; 20-three bedroom, two bath units; and 20-three bedroom, three bath units. The East Tower (Phase II) has 20-three bedroom, two bath units; and 20-three bedroom, three bath units.

Amenities include 60 foot beach side pool, heated indoor pool, elevated tennis court, some covered parking, sauna, exercise room and gulf front meeting/party room. The units have 9-foot ceilings, large tiled balconies, self cleaning ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, refrigerators with icemakers, and 6-foot extra deep tubs in the master baths of all 3-bedroom units.

For recent pricing information in this complex please scroll to the table at the bottom of the page. East corner units in the east tower command the highest prices. Two bedroom units, when available, are selling in the $450K - $500K range.
