Pelican Pointe was built in 1994. These condominiums are located on the gulf on Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, just west of the Kaiser Realty Orange Beach office.
The Tower has 14 floors and contains 84-three bedroom, two bath units. Each unit has 1,263 square feet of heated and cooled space. The corner units have large 500 square foot wrap-around balconies and the interior units have 240 square foot balconies. All units directly face the gulf.
Amenities include a very large and beautiful beach side pool, heated indoor pool, tennis court, sauna, and exercise room. The units have 8.5-foot ceilings, large tiled balconies, self cleaning ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators.
Prices in this complex range from $480,000 and up for the interior units, $500,000 and up for the west corner units, and $550,000 and up for the east corner units.
The Pelican Pointe plan is taken from the Summer House plan and is virtually identical to it, as are the units in White Caps, Blue Water and Windward Pointe.
