Perdido Place
This is a new complex on the Alabama side of Perdido Key and completed in early 2001. It is located on the beach only a short distance from the Alabama/Florida line. These are very large luxury units and are rent restricted. The lower three floors provide covered parking for all units.
The condominium features a beachside pool and fitness center with sauna. All units have 9' ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, crown molding, whirlpool garden tub with separate shower in master bath, enlongated toilets, ceiling fans, roll-a-way hurrican shutters.
