The Phoenix Condominiums
The Phoenix condominiums are many and varied. The first was built about 1984 and there are Phoenix buildings under construction in 2001. They offer a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units in most of their several buildings. Some have 4-bedroom units.
These properties are managed in a hotel style. Phones all connect to a central switchboard and most all Phoenix buildings have a hotel style lobby.
The size of the buildings ranges from about 76 units to over 450 units. All offer excellent amenities. Pools, indoor pools, tennis, fitness centers, and saunas. Some have handball courts.
