is made to obtain the best possible price for the

of Multiple Listings Services in both Baldwin County
Alabama and Pensacola, Florida, all listings receive
immediate exposure to the many Baldwin County and
Pensacola area Realtors®. Before a price is
established for a property, similar sales for the past
12-months are researched from tax records, and an
evaluation is made of comprable properties on the market
at the time of the listing. Once a price is established
the property is promptly advertised in the local area
real estate publications. Flyers are sent by both fax and
E-mail to area Realtors® and are also made available
to prospective buyers at the Kaiser office. Kaiser Realty
promotes our entire sales inventory with advertisements
in many local and national publications. More and more of our
customers and clients are using the internet to locate
and buy property. Statistics show that in 2007, 84% of
