The Sands
The Sands was built in 1996. These condominiums are located on the gulf on Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, just west of the Kaiser Realty Orange Beach office.
The Tower has 14 floors and contains 84-three bedroom, three bath units. The units range from 1,943 sf to 1,984 sf. Of heated and cooled space. The corner units have large 364 to 461 square foot balconies and the interior units have 264 square foot balconies. All units directly face the gulf.
Amenities include a very large and beautiful beach side pool, heated indoor pool, tennis court, sauna, and exercise room. The units have 9-foot ceilings, large tiled balconies, self cleaning ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, refrigerators and wet bars with under counter ice makers.
The Sands plan is patterned after the the Summer House plan and is an enlarged version of it. The units are rent restricted and are currently selling in the high $600,000 range.
