Sandy Key Condominium was built in three phases. Phase I was completed in 1982 and Phase II was completed in 1983 and Phase III was completed in 1984 These condominiums are located on Sandy Key Drive, Perdido Key, Florida and are only 11-miles from Navy Boulevard in Pensacola. It is only about 1,500 feet from Sandy Key to the National Seashore Park.
Each Tower has 8 floors and contains 61 units. The 16-three bedroom, two bath units have 1500+ square feet and the two bedroom unit have 1200+ square feet of heated and cooled space.
